We are bringing together our learning from some of the best teachers during our training certification and also from our regular practices over 10 years. We acknowledge that in the current world finding that additional time to travel to a class might be challenging. However, this should not be the reason for someone to compromise on one's health. Hence, we bring the best of yoga to your home. We keep it simple but will ensure we continuously monitor, track and provide required feedback during the class or post classes. We also ensure offline contact for any additional help.
